Scope of Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Action Team Fitness, LLC (collectively, “ATF”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information about you (“you”, “your”, or “user”) when you use our website with a homepage located at actionteamfitness.com, any applications we may provide (including mobile applications), together with all products and services we may offer from time to time via our website and/or related applications, our related social media websites such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or otherwise through your interactions with us (our website, applications, products, services, and social media pages, collectively, the “Services”). Information That You Provide: We collect information that you provide directly to us. Information We Collect Automatically: In order to improve the overall quality of your online experience, ATF, its partners, and/or vendors automatically collect certain information about you when you access or use our website or Offer Sites, interact with our emails or online advertisements, or when you transact business with us. Information we automatically collect includes:
