PILATES HIIT PILATES HIIT is a challenging, full body workout using Pilates principles while performed on a yoga mat. Pilates HIIT will get your heart rate up and your muscles firing. It is designed for all fitness levels. Variations will be offered throughout the session. It's going to be fun! MAKE IT WORK MAKE IT WORK are short 15-20 minute videos with tips and tricks to improve your practice. All sessions are workshop style based. YOGA SLOW FLOW YOGA SLOW FLOW is designed for all levels of practitioner. The pacing and postures may feel challenging, but it isn’t at all required to have mastered any difficult poses for this session - this is a session where you will learn how to approach them, and build strength and stamina along the way.
