I’m super excited to have these sessions back on the schedule Saturdays at 9 am EST. A 60-75 minute yoga practice that will help you to dive deeper into your practice.

Sign up here!

I’d like to give you a brief description about what YSF is all about. Yoga Slow Flow is designed to meet you at whatever level of practice you’re at. So, if you’re a novice or advanced in your practice you can adjust the movements as necessary for the best results. The pacing and postures may feel challenging for some more than others, so doing your best is good enough to complete and eventually adapt to perfect the posture. This is a session where you will learn how to begin and complete postures, build strength through controlled movements and build muscular stamina along the way. All you need is a yoga mat. Also, having yoga blocks and a strap can be helpful during your practice. I have listed below where you can get my favorite yoga equipment.

See you on your mat!

  • This year marks my 10th year of being a yoga and pilates instructor. I have learned so much from teaching in studios, training clients privately, building my online workout platform (Action Team Fitness), and from my own experience working out daily. All of these experiences have made me understand human kinesthetics and human spirituality.

Thank you for trusting in me and letting me be part of your fitness journey!

  • Recently, I’ve received questions regarding how to stretch the lower back. I put together a short sequence of 5 stretches you can do every day on your own. These stretches will help to release tension and discomfort in your lower back.

  • Prerecorded 30 minute Yoga and Pilates HIIT workouts. Currently, a new favorite of mine is the 30 min ABs and GLUTEUS Pilates HIIT workout. This is 30 minutes! If you are limited on time and seeking to get tight, this is for you!

Thank you for your support of being an Action Team Fitness member! I can't wait to move with you.

Thank you,

Sarah

Happy August

It has been a while since we talked, worked out together, or got together. A lot has happened, to say the least. I am now a mom of a 4-month-year-old baby boy named Sage, my son. Shortly after Sage was born (11 days later to be exact) Chris, my husband, was diagnosed with a stroke. This was something we did not anticipate. I don’t know how I did it but my body kicked into high gear to take care of my family. I also couldn’t have done it without your support and the messages I received throughout the adversity.

Thanks for all the support from you, friends, and family. I was able to gain the strength I needed to stand up, take care of Sage, and visit Chris at the hospital. Today, Chris is currently recovering and Sage is growing into a young boy. We’re doing much better. Now, I’m able to follow up with my responsibilities, like providing you with the most important fitness and health guidance.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for your words. I received your messages and it was heartfelt. Also, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your donation. Chris’ college friends started a GoFundMe. Chris and I were both overwhelmed with the love and joy received. Action Team Fitness is here today thanks to your help!

Having these life-changing events back to back taught me how important it is to have a routine. Having a routine helped me manage anxiety despite the circumstances. Along with taking care of Sage, my peace came from the routine of performing daily meditations, Sun A and B salutations, Push-ups, and Bicycles. I rolled out my mat and did the practice. This kept me mentally and physically sane. I came up with a new sequence that guided me through these times and I’m sharing it with you here!

Livestream sessions will resume at the end of September. All session packages are still valid. Stay up to date by following me on Instagram @sarahghilardi for more updates.

Once again thank you for your support of being an Action Team Fitness member! I can't wait to move with you again.

Thank you,

Sarah
