  • This year marks my 10th year of being a yoga and pilates instructor. I have learned so much from teaching in studios, training clients privately, building my online workout platform (Action Team Fitness), and from my own experience working out daily. All of these experiences have made me understand human kinesthetics and human spirituality.

  • Recently, I’ve received questions regarding how to stretch the lower back. I put together a short sequence of 5 stretches you can do every day on your own. These stretches will help to release tension and discomfort in your lower back.

  • Prerecorded 30 minute Yoga and Pilates HIIT workouts. Currently, a new favorite of mine is the 30 min ABs and GLUTEUS Pilates HIIT workout. This is 30 minutes! If you are limited on time and seeking to get tight, this is for you!
